BPC-157 lyophilized powder should be reconstituted using sterile deionized water (18 MΩ-cm grade or equivalent laboratory-grade H₂O) to a minimum concentration of 100 µg/mL. Store reconstituted solution at 2–7°C for short-term use (2–7 days) or below –18°C for extended storage. For long-term storage, addition of a carrier protein (0.1% w/v human serum albumin or bovine serum albumin) is recommended to maintain stability. Unopened lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks but should be stored desiccated below –18°C for optimal preservation.
