IGF-1 LR3 lyophilized powder must be reconstituted using sterile, RNase-free, endotoxin-tested laboratory water (or 0.1 M acetic acid for enhanced solubility stability). Under aseptic conditions, slowly introduce the solvent to the sealed vial and allow the powder to hydrate for 2–5 minutes before gentle rotation or swirling (avoid vigorous vortexing, which may cause denaturation).
