These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GREYGEM Peptides (referred to as "GREYGEM", "we", "our", or "us").

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from GREYGEM. By placing an order, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

All GREYGEM products are sold strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, not for medical or diagnostic use, and not for use as drugs or therapeutic agents.

By purchasing, you represent that:

• You are using the products solely within a research or educational context
• You will not consume, ingest, inject, or otherwise administer the products to yourself or others
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding research compounds in your jurisdiction

We make every effort to display accurate information about our products, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund.

Payment must be received before products are dispatched. We accept major credit cards, Interac (Canada), and select cryptocurrency methods.

Orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost or selected priority carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds — cold chain integrity, tamper evidence, and safety standards — we cannot resell or restock returned product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@greygem.ca and we will make it right.

GREYGEM products are not approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory authority for human use, medical use, or therapeutic use.

It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order are legal to import and possess in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where research compounds are prohibited.

All content on the GREYGEM website — including the brand name, logo, design, text, images, product photography, and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of GREYGEM Peptides and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this content without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREYGEM disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

GREYGEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GREYGEM, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last revised" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
