Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized NAD+ powder with sterile deionized water or phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at pH 7.0–7.4. Dissolve the entire vial contents in 5–10 mL of solvent by gentle agitation; complete dissolution typically occurs within 5–10 minutes at room temperature. Avoid vigorous vortexing, which may cause foaming. For enzyme assays, prepare aliquots immediately before use. Store reconstituted solutions at 2–8°C for up to 72 hours, or at −20°C for longer-term storage in sterile, single-use tubes to prevent freeze-thaw degradation. Not for human consumption.
