Lyophilized Reconstitution (Laboratory Use Only)

The lyophilized Selank powder is supplied in a sealed glass vial. Prior to reconstitution, store at −20 °C in a dry environment. For laboratory reconstitution, aseptically transfer the appropriate volume of sterile, pyrogen-free solvent (e.g., 0.1 M acetic acid or phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4) into the vial to achieve the desired concentration. Gently swirl—do not shake vigorously—until the powder fully dissolves, typically within 2–5 minutes at room temperature. Once reconstituted, store the solution at 2–8 °C and use within 4 weeks. Maintain sterile technique throughout handling to prevent contamination. All work must be conducted in an appropriate laboratory environment using proper personal protective equipment.
