01 Quality & Testing

Yes. Every batch we receive is independently retested by a Canadian third-party laboratory using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry before any vial is released for sale. We do not test our own products in-house. The lab has no commercial interest in our results — they have one job: measure what’s actually in the vial.

Every Certificate of Analysis is available in our public COA Library. You can also scan the QR code on any vial label to access its COA. No paywalls, no sign-up required.

We work with an independent Canadian third-party laboratory. Their identity is published on each COA. They use HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) to verify purity and Mass Spectrometry to verify molecular identity.

≥98% purity on every compound. Verified independently. If a batch doesn’t meet that threshold, we don’t release it — period.

02 Ordering & Shipping

All orders ship from Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. Orders placed before 4PM ET ship same business day.

Within Canada: 1–3 business days. To the United States: 5–10 business days. International: varies by destination and customs processing.

We ship to most countries where research compounds are legal to import. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.

Plain, discreet, unmarked Xpresspost packaging. No GREYGEM branding on the outer box. Tamper-evident interior packaging with batch verification stickers.

03 Products & Storage

Lyophilized (powder) vials should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within 30 days. Avoid exposure to direct light and temperatures above 25°C.

Properly stored lyophilized peptides typically remain stable for 24+ months from the manufacturing date. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 30 days.

Use bacteriostatic water. Reconstitute slowly along the side of the vial — do not shake. Gently swirl to dissolve. Use our Calculator to determine your exact dilution ratio.

Stock status is shown in real-time on every product in the Catalog. Products marked “On Backorder” can still be ordered and will ship as soon as new inventory arrives.

04 Payment & Compliance

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Interac (Canada only). All transactions are processed securely.

GREYGEM products are sold strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any regulatory authority for human use, medical use, or therapeutic use.

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds — cold chain integrity, tamper evidence, and safety standards — we cannot resell or restock returned product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

All GREYGEM compounds are sold for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, not for medical or diagnostic use, and not for use as drugs or therapeutic agents. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to use the product solely within a research context.
