GREYGEM ships worldwide from our facility in Canada, to all jurisdictions where research compounds are legal to import and possess.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering. Orders to restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no GREYGEM branding on the exterior. Return address shows only a generic facility name and Canadian postal address.

Interior packaging includes tamper-evident seals to confirm integrity during transit.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is dispatched. You can also track all orders by logging into your account.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

GREYGEM ships with appropriate customs declarations. Most research compounds clear customs without issue, but some jurisdictions may inspect or hold packages. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where research compounds are explicitly prohibited. Orders to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

We do not process or ship orders on Canadian statutory holidays. A schedule of observed holidays is posted on our Contact page.
